	•	Knowledge Base Data: Documents and data you upload to the knowledge base

	•	Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers
	•	Log Data: IP address, access time, page views, request origin
	•	Usage Data: Features, frequency, and interaction patterns of your use of the Service

3. AI Models and User Data

Regarding AI model training, our approach is as follows:

	•	By default, your conversations with Profy are not used to train AI models
	•	Conversation content is processed on our servers and only your session history is retained
	•	We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve service quality
	•	You can manage your data preferences or delete your conversation history at any time in settings

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information in the following circumstances:

	•	Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (such as cloud storage, payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations
	•	Third-Party Tools: When you use tool invocation features, related queries may be sent to third-party services (such as search engines), subject to their respective privacy policies
	•	Legal Requirements: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety
	•	Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred accordingly

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login status, remember your preferences, and analyze service usage. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
